Like my dad, I'm an easy touch for sappy stuff. He always says that those "reach out and touch someone" telephone commercials are the worst. He cries at the theatre and at TV sometimes. He cries when I sing. It's funny, that big guy bawling over silly stuff like that ( Read more... )

Your description of your dad could apply to me as well. I appear to have inherited weepiness from my mother's father. (My mother sure didn't get it...)

I've been pretty weepy lately, too. Aside from whatever is airborne from my spouse, I can't really attribute it to hormones, though. I think when I'm tired I get (even) more emotional.

When I'm really burned out I get tv weep-itis as well... Damned embarrassing particularly with company around;-) Haven't died of embarassment yet though, so i guess i'm doing fine. *Hugs*
