Today I went to wreckerofplans's graduation. (That's not the stupid thing.) I left the house before 8 AM. (No, that's not it, either.) I wore a sleeveless dress. (Not stupid.) Before I left, I did not apply sunscreen. (Yeah, that was it. Stupid, huh?) Two hours outside, in direct sunlight. On shoulders that haven't seen the light of day in about a year. Whoops

I had a sudden flashback to some time when Remy was graduating high school and we all went out to sushi together. The picture of "Valerie-Kitty" pawing at Remy's tassel and Remy cooing "Next year. You have to wait until next year" just came to my mind.
