Today was hot

Well last night I was in tears for a reason and I hurt my self which I shouldn't do that anymore .Today was very depressing for me , I just don't get how some things work . Don't hurt yourself, I was into self-mutilation for about 2 years, it never accomplised anything, I'm sure lots of people wouldn't want you doing that, me, james, and dom being a few. Don't be sad :(
