Breakfast

1  yoplat yogurt, apricot mango flavor
- vitamins Calcium, and Prenatal
1 Small glass of Calcium enriched,  med pulp simply orange, Orange Juice.

Lunch

1 can of Creamy Tomato Basil Progresso soup, high fiber collection.
1 Grilled cheese. Made with mild cheddar, on 2 whole wheat pieces of bread, smart balance butter for grilling.
Glass of water

I like your food journal, Lil.... great idea, especially since I can enjoy your pregnancy journey online! The shake isn't bad; you deserve it! You can absolutely be eating healthy AND have those extra yummy things you just want sometimes. :) Also, don't beat yourself up too bad over the HFCS... it's not as bad as it's been made out to be.
