Ianto definitely doesn't need to question whether or not he has the support of the team. I think they've demonstrated quite clearly that he does.

I loved Jack distracting Ianto with stories of his past sex life. Only Jack could use that tactic, while naked at that, and come out with all his bits in tact. It was kind of funny that Owen was actually surprised that Jack could get a hard on in a cold shower. This is Jack we're talking about.

Jack was so sweet taking Ianto home and taking care of him. They really are good for each other.

You would think Ianto would hate hearing those stories, but I think he finds them amusing. Plus, you can learn a lot from someone who tells a lot of stories. At least some of it must be true.
