O.o Yeah, I used to have a friend like that... grr. That, and he'd make plans with me, not finalize anything, and not return my calls when I'd call him to do so. >.< And then he wrote on my facebook wall 3 months later apologizing and asking if I wanted to try again. Me: "Umm... sure, but will you actually make plans with me, or are you going to blow me off again, because I'm not in the mood to put effort into this if you're not going to." He never responded.

I hate people like that.
