no she didn't! she was so upset. apparently she tried to complain about something going on and the police and the fbi didn't believe her. she wouldn't tell me what it is, she was just asking me for an agency that does persuasion of another agency. but she phrased it "where do i go if i want to persuade someone of something" talk about vague!
