Idea: You come up with one question that you'd like your LJ friends to answer, and they'll comment, and that could start a whole new slew of question-answerness.

OR, the long and tedious version, depending on how big your friends list is: You could personalize and ask each (or selected) lj friends one question, and then they can ask you the same one, or a new one.
