Lil wanders around the kitchen, pulling out stuff to make spaghetti sauce.

"Do we want cheese bread or breadsticks with this?"

"Dunno about you, but I want cheese bread." Scud is poking around in the cabinets for plates. "Why did Lee make that noise at me?"

Lil pulls a loaf of bread out of the freezer and throws it at him.

"Didn't you hear her? Or see her? Spaghetti fight at the shelter today."

He catches it on top of the plates.

"Oh. ... it wasn't on my mind, to be honest." Scud looks sheepish. "Um, subconscious maybe. I like spaghetti."

Grins and throws a block of cheese at him as well.

"What was on your mind? Besides Crown."
