I really don't want to go to school on Monday, but I think I may have to, because of all I've missed the past day and a half. I got two calls from friends of mine from Brainerd. That's a really cut picture! Animals are so wonderful; they know when we are feeling bad, and give us the love and comfort that we need (usually).

A word on romance novels: When I read them I become unhappy with the life that I live. Things always seem to work out for a couple in the last chapter. Real life is unpredictable and is rarely perfect. When we base our expectations for our own lives on romance novels, we set ourselves up for failure. So, please, if you're going to read them, think of them as fairy tales.

I thank both of you for posting, you have...well, probably as much of an idea as I do about how nice it is when people post on your journals! LOL. But other than that, I know I can talk to either of you about almost anything, and I know romance novels are bad for everything, but there's always the HOPE. Optimism pays off. At least I'm hoping it does. Thanx you guys!
