Sometimes it is hard to see the wood for the trees. I really didn't realise how much stress I have been under recently until today there was a glimmer of promise that it might be ending sometime soon. It's hard to remain upbeat and positive when you're under stress. I can empathize wth you there. One mustn't give up hope in seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

Glad to see you back on LJ, though sorry you've been going through some tough times.

I've learned that I can cope fine with my own stresses but when it comes to being an agony aunt, my coping mechanism is limited. Just as well I'm not a mother I guess!
