Honey it will all be ok! Drawbacks happen, and so do burnouts. The trick it to not give up. As far as the cigarette...I know it's hard, but please don't feel like all your work is for nothing, you can bounce back from this!!
yeah...it's just really hard not giving up sometimes...especially when the future is filled withthe very things that are burning me out now...i love my job, but this shit is really strating to get to me...i've been stuck doing mindless monotonus stuff since i first started workin here...it's stuff that a computer could do, but unfortunatley a minimal amount of human emotion and opinion and required for the tasks...which is the only reaso why computers aren't already doing them...and with the cig, i've managed to convine myself that it's ok, shit happens, and that there will prolly be more 'stress smokes' in the future...it's just makin sure they stay 'stress smokes' and nothing more...grant it, as soon as i go to a bar, i'm gonna be smoking like a chimney...
I'm only looking in but it's a lot to deal with stepping into a envorment like the one you are in and I'm sure that you're doing great but we all have those moments. I'm sorry that the day went crappy but I'm also sure that it will get better especially when you are home with your man!!
