Oh - and our metrics today are wonderful. That makes me sad. Hopefully we'll have an influx of calls and we'll get over the 200 second mark. That would make me smile.

I always dealt with shit stains like that by being a complete asshole. Pretty soon, everyone at work left me alone. It was wonderful.
