Didn't sleep well at all last night... Worrying about this and that.
The one year old made noises at about half past nine last night and when I went to her room to check, she was standing, throwing up in her cot. Yeah... poor thing, good thing I got a big bottle of Dettol the other day. She had been cranky all day (which I thought was teething

The world has changed a lot... and the amount of money we spend on insurance is phenomenal. That's just part of it... but there lots of optional extras these days... DVDs, gadgets etc etc...

You amaze me. Anyone who has kids and manages to function amazes me. I guess it gets a bit easier as they get older....

It's a sad situation these days where it's just not viable for people not to work. I mean who can manage with property prices, etc, the way they are. I was stunned at how cheap things are in the US. Absolutely stunned. People on an average wage there have it so much easier than average wage earners here, because food, clothing, etc, etc, is just .. cheap. No other word for it.

Hope the kiddies are feeling okay, and you get some decent sleep, soon. Try lavender oil in your room.. just an open bottle. Isn't that supposed to help you sleep?

I think we pay too much for everything here... Our mobile phone and internet services immediately spring to mind. Although overseas phone calls are very competitive since they deregulated the industry. Everything else we really have to pay for... our geography apparently seems to be the issue.
Just managed to have a bit of a shuteye, which is good.
