A sort of TTMT
But instead of being Talk to me Tuseday it's more of a Type to me Thursday :P
Mostly because I'm bored babysitting my Nephew while he sleeps.

so this is all the crafts I've been making in August.
First my embroidered cupcake wraps
I got this idea from vampirecraftin(www.vampirecraftin.blogspot.com/)But put my own little twist on it hers where made out of paper. I just thought it would be more practical to be able to use it more than once so if they get dirty I just throw them in the wash and use them again next time :) I'm thinking of making theme ones like Harry Potter and Twilight
ok next are my twilight_crafts august twibom (twilight block of the month)
the beginner block
This is the original and is meant to represent Edwards eyes
And because I was still in a Paper piecing mood I did this one wtich are red
togaither I call them what he is and what he could be.
and then there is the advanced block witch is called "the meadow"
I'm not used to no seam allovence so this block didn't come out as straight as I would have liked but it came out ok :) And I think Edward went way back into his closet and found a jacket from the 60's or 70's :P
all the twibom blocks are designed by hardhatcat
ok next up is My calander
I found this calander at a flea marked but it was missing some of the numbers. So I took out all the original numbers and months witch were made of small wood plates and exchanged them for fabric ones witch I embroidered with my machine.
this is a Sookie Stackhouse block designed by vampirecraftin on flickr(www.vampirecraftin.blogspot.com/)its the first time Ive tried to do applique and I like how it turned out for a first try :)
and then there is my Pride and joy the 'Pride Corset' I made for this years Gay pride parade
I got this idea on a Tuseday and finished it by Friday. I'm so proud of how well it turned out it is by far the prettiest corset(probably piece of clothing) I own and I'm counting the once that are store bought.
on this one I hadn't finished doing the binding or put the grommets in but it is an over all pic
and to end it I put these togaither on my floor and made a monster/vampire
