I just got 1,760 sheets of origami paper through eBay. I like how the "1,000 cranes kit" gives 1,020 sheets - in case you mess up a few, I guess?

This should keep me busy for a while.

Say a prayer as I fold each one!

When I'm finished, I have instructions in Japanese on how to string them together... and then I don't know what to do with them.

oooh can i have an origami pony!? I came across a book once for making fabric oragami flowers and whatnot that were really pretty :) have to see if i can find that

I don't know how to make a pony! The most difficult thing I've made was a lion.

I'm pretty good at cranes by now though, and the ink is staining the tips of my nails!
