We have good food here. Art/music scene might be something to at least make him aware of.
Also, of the weekends of the 13th, 20th, and 27th, which are you most free?

Are we talking April weekends? The 27th is probably the best, I will just have returned from the homeland on the 13th, and the 20th I have symphony tickets (maybe I'm the classy one).
Also, I am planning on coming home for Race for the Cure, and it would be bomb diggity if the Hawk-clan could represent. I figured I needed to come home and hold up my mother during what will no doubt be a emotional day. Key members of our walking team keep going.

Can't speak for the Clan, but I'll be there.

If you're showing him Da U, he needs to eat at Annie's. And also, take him to Gold Country to stock up on U gear and then over to Sally's. Especially if there's a game of some kind on.
Definitely Riverfront. Show him the new Walker, too? And mmmm, Birchwood.
When's he going to be there? There's always fun outdoor music in the summer, but if it's sooner than that, find out who's playing at places like the Fine Line or 7th St. Entry. Or, you know, just ask Will.
Fifth Element, yo. Also First Ave., if he'd appreciate that.
Famous Dave's usually has good music. Plus, BBQ and Uptown is an awesomely deadly combo. And you can catch a movie at the Lagoon, too.
Since you're geeks, go to the new library. And then report back to your sister, because she hasn't been there yet. Bonus points for public transportation.
There are also a ton of ideas here and here (that one is mostly food-related). Also, the City Pages website is a good source for current happenings.
Good luck! Have fun! I am jealous!

The new Guthrie.
Downtown, Nicollet Mall and one of the good bars on it The Local.
Uptown as well as the Lagoon and the Uptown Theater, because Landmark Cinemas kicks ass and the midnight showings of Donnie Darko and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom among others never fail.
Lake Calhoun walkway for biking, roller blading, sunbathing, canoing, sailing, swimming, and feeding the ducks.
Wild River State Park for camping.
Taylor Falls for camping, canoing.
