See, that has always been my problem. :\ I only eat twice a day, which I guess is part of the problem, but I tend to eat big meals too. Ugh.
but I am hungry at least 50% of the time following it, but I think that has to do with all my large portions I was used to eating before. Hopefully, I'll adjust as the weeks go on. Good luck in whatever you choose!
Please keep us up to date on how you're doing!! I wanted to start a diet as soon as school let out for my students, so I can be at home and starve instead of at work, hah.
