I finally gave in and decided to try it, I've been on it nine weeks and have dropped twenty pounds. The basic level is cheaper but you can't substitute as far as I can tell. I have loads of food choices but don't like the "bars" that you can eat for lunch. Sweet taste will only make me crave more sweets. The breakfast is okay either cereal or
