I hope this works as LiveJournal is acting up so badly for me atm. It's not lj that's blocked ISPs exactly, it's the hackers/spammers that are attacking lj that have caused the problem... I've not been able to get on for a few days now, but my lj seems to be back, my ISP has been freed - yeay!

So nice to see people around again, it's horrid not being able to chat to anyone!

Like you, I've not been able to get on for nearly two days, but I seem to be able to load my inbox and friends page now so it seems mine has been freed too. :)

I didn't see any mention of LJ being under attack from spammers/hackers on their update thing-y. :O That's terrible! Why have these people got nothing better to do with their time? :(

I found a news article on a Russian website which said early this morning that The oldest blog platform LiveJournal still can not recover from the failure, which began in late December. Service is canceled on December 31 and is now available only to users of the U.S., for most Russians, the entrance to the "Live Journal" remains closed. The manual of blame " ( ... )

Wow, I didn't know it was that bad over there still. :( Let's hope LJ has beaten them off and that it doesn't happen again. :)

It seems to be okay now, running a bit slow on certain pages, but, fingers crossed, everything seems to be working now. :)
