Mum and I were having fun making pancakes earlier. We managed to flip them without any accidents. None stuck to the floor or ceiling this time. lol We had our lemons and syrup ready and really enjoyed eating them afterwards. :)

Ooh, you have cinnamon on yours? I've never tried it on pancakes, is it good? :D

Basically you put the juice of a lemon (or two if they're not very juicy) in a saucepan, with a tablespoon or two of water, a couple of tablespoons (or to taste) of caster sugar, a teaspoon of butter or marg and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Heat on low til it comes to the boil and then simmer gently for a minute.
