How can I begin to thank you for writing this new Lucas fanfic, You have no idea how I have been longing for someone to do this so that I could finally get the horrid taste of Spooks 9 out of my mind. I am SO looking forward to what you will write next.

Even though Richard's acting was superb, I could never, ever, reconcile Maya as the "love of his life" after watching Spooks 7. It was too obvious, by my way of thinking, and watching S7 over and over, that he was till very much in love with Vyeta so how could TPTB bring in someone like Maya into the picture? Knowing Richard's penchant for writing back stories for his characters I'm not surprised that he himself was shocked at the twist they came up with. I can only call it character assassination. Don't make us wait too long for part 2! :)
