roozle came to lunch today and I decided to make
#42 Pasta with Buttered Leeks and Parsley. I was worried that it was too bland, so I added some fresh bacon bits on top and those turned out to be a total win and made a tasty, but light springtime dish. Without the bacon, seconds were a little too light--I think the leftovers will be mixed with some of my ratatouille. Next time I would add more red pepper flakes and another tomato--and bacon.
