HOH fork use to eat egg. Highly resistant. Meal oreceded by prayers and concluded with both kids taking own plates to the sink -
Daily homework
Using Duck Duck Moose app- "Park Math"- HOH "feed the hippo". Includes discrete trial elements, aas she needs to discern between types and colors to find the objects the hippo accepts. Reinforces pointing to objects to avoid picking an unintended object. After 1/2 hour of hoh play, she intentionally and independently showed her brother how to pick ( Read more... ) -
I'm here!!
Technically, we aren't supposed to use the lab computers for chatting, and I'm just getting to know people. Classes haven't started yet, so I think it would be alright (not interrupting anyone's studies), but I would like to just get used to following rules again. I am so not used to this.

Full of wonder, after all
Blessings to everyone on a beautiful December day! I thought that I should post, because I'm bursting to talk to everyone, and don't have the time. LJ does actually have it's advantages. Today had a couple of simple pleasures, and I find myself rejoicing that a day can bring so much...

Cute stories...
So, I rediscovered my old audio tapes today. As kids, friends and I would record stories about what we were playing, and save them for our kids when we grew up.
*giggles*
wow. No words can describe them. Purple people eaters and the ghost of Molly Mabel... (put the quarter on the table) ... that would sum it up as well as anything. -
Boldness of maturity.
I grew up with a small group of girls who were somewhat moral- whatever that means- that used to talk about how they were good Christians no matter what they did. They also thought that clothing was no one's business, and that no one cared what they wore. I am alive!
I'm back, and I will use my same journal. Here is a toast to living the uplifted life! It is depressing to look back in your journal and hear about all of the bad things that happened, anyway.
