I hated A Confederacy of Dunces too. When I finished, I was like, seriously, this is supposed to be good and hilarious? I was pretty ticked.

I'm glad it's not just me. My mom raved about it, and she usually has pretty good taste. I thought it was garbage. Fuck that book and fuck the stupid valve.

Lolita is such a great fucking book... LOVE IT. Jane Eyre I read every year at least once a year. LOVE.

A Prayer for Owen Meany is awesome as well.

Well on the upside I don't feel like a total dunce, because I have read at least 20 (still not a great number though), but then again methinks about half of them were during/for school??Doh.
