I've been out this weekend, hung out at home too. Josh had his daughter and his girlfriend's daughter. The neighbors have been noisy at 2 am. I shot down a potential roommate because he seemed to pushy. And I dropped to 32 hours per week, and decided to use up some vacation time to reduce some of the pressure ( Read more... )

Queen Anne is working out well, but I am wondering if I should set my sights on a neighborhood where I can actually afford to buy.

I was in that 'afford to buy' boat a few years ago.
I'm actually located a bit up north, and I'm hoping to migrate inward over time ;)

I'd love to live downtown again, but can't afford it
