Another experiment:
This is my very first attempt of drawing the boys as young children. I didn't plan to draw Harry in the first place; he's there because I thought it'd be nice to have another figure balance out the posture. Theoretically Draco should be the one casting that self-righteous look and Harry the innocent face - but I wanted to draw innocent!Draco, and that's why I started this piece in the first place. I apologize if they didn't fit your idea of the boys. I had so much fun painting them as kids. The Draco in this painting is going to be one of my top three favorites.
The boys in the picture were supposed to be around 11 years old, but I don't have the faintest idea what an 11 years old is supposed to look like. The 11 years olds I've met in RL look very different from each other - some are still kiddish, some are already taller than me; a few of them are overly mature, and I sometimes feel sorry for them.
My laptop is dying. It's been giving out these "pyu", "fyu" sounds in random intervals and then freezing - like narcolepsy, except that it doesn't always wake up. I've got everything backed up, and am going to get a new one (*sighs*) as soon as it's completely dead. If I suddenly disappear on LJ for a week or so, you know that I'm not dead yet.
Gotta go to shops and browse some laptops. Any advice on laptop shopping (in particular the difference between Pentium M and Core Duo) would be awesome. :-)
