Actually it is a mood lifter after the night I've had (standing in the cold waiting for the gas man to deal with a gas leak).

My first thought was the colour was the light of fireworks as they celebrated the new year, and the pink with the highlights is wonderful.

I love that Harry's eyes are closed and I can almost hear him saying "Happy New Year, Draco." as he leans in for that kiss.

Just beautiful.

Happy New Year to you and thanks for all the lovely things you have drawn in 2007.

Gas leak = nasty. Sorry to hear that your new year wasn't good. Am glad that the art has served its purpose. :-)

Now I take a second look at it, it does look like there're fireworks behind them. I didn't have that in mind at all when I drew the art. You have given it a much deeper meaning. Thank you. :-)

Happy New Year to you too! And you're welcome. It's my pleasure to share my h/d-ness with fellow shippers.

I really like the bright colour, actually. Also love Harry's expression and the gentle way his hand is resting against Draco's neck. Lovely.

Happy new year!

I think the colour is really cool- it adds to the ambience of New Years Eve as already mentioned!

It's beautiful and definitely a mood lifter because of the tender way Harry is caressing Draco's cheek.

And I definitely could believe the pink is from fireworks on New Years and what better mood lifter could there be than pretty boys kissing their love on New Years?

My flist always helps me fill the gap and give my art a much deeper meaning. And hence makes it more beautiful. Thanks so much ♥
