Answers to first twelve questions
Here's the first 12 answers to the 100 Qs on HP Pairings I posted weeks ago. The question to First Kiss was answered in picture format.
1. Greetings! What's your name? Not telling :-P
2. Please name the pairing you choose (A/B). Harry/Draco. Harry tops ♥
3. What gets you interested towards the pair? In the beginning it was because they looked good together. I admit it's shallow, but I mainly run on visual cues, and who doesn't like pretty boys shagging each other?
4. How long have you been shipping the ship? I started shipping the ship full-time after book 6 came out. I used to ship R/S and was hoping to see some Sirius in the book, but JKR decided not to resurrect him, which saddened all of us R/S shippers. Nevertheless, she rewarded slashers with Sectumsempra-ed Draco and obsessive Harry, and I have been happily shipping h/d ever since.
5. When did you first discover the pair? It's Blue(egoteabsolvo)'s h/d fictions (can be found here; scroll down and look for the fics under Blue). Her portrayal of the boys and their relationship is where my own based on, and has strongly influenced my own view of the characters and their dynamic. Even at this date, after three years and hundreds of fics, I can still see the Harry and Draco of her stories in the art I draw.
6. How do you think they feel about each other? Harry: Draco is a bag of surprises. The more he gets to know Draco the more he becomes attracted to him. Draco: Harry is the Eden's apple.
7. What did they talk to each other about when they first met? The Madam Malkin's conversation? I can't remember anymore.
8. Who fell in love first? Draco, possibly before HBP. Harry didn't realize he's attracted to Draco until he casted Sectumsempra. Draco didn't know he's in deep trouble until he ran off with Snape at the end of book 6. Given their background, it's just too hard for them to face their own heart and identify their feelings toward each other.
9. When did they start to notice each other? In what situation? Draco has always been paying attention to Harry, although he refused to acknowledge it. Harry is never interested in people, but he did find Pansy annoying. Of course it's HBP that started everything.
10. How did they confess their feelings towards each other? They never did. They're incapable of communicating with each other. Neither of them thought that they liked each other enough to call it love anyway.
11. How many days (or years) did it take for them to begin their relationship? They wouldn't even start a relationship unless something traumatic happened. It would depend on when the traumatic event occurs.
