Okay, so today makes three fainting episodes, each one seemingly worse than the last. The first time I was standing on the train, the second time sitting down playing video games, and the third time I was sitting on the toilet peeing(sorry, TMI). It starts with a strong wave of nausea, then an incredibly upsetting sense of impending doom(this last ( Read more... )

Hmm...that's really weird. I know the feeling really well but I rarely actually pass out, just sortof fall over and once my head is lowered the blood returns to it...basically mine is obviously caused by random drops in blood pressure. The fact that it sounds like you were having a mini seizure is definitely distressing...and the fact that you fully lose consciousness is particularly bad. It's good that you don't have to drive where you are right now. Have you had them test your endocrine levels? I know that if the system malfunctions it can result in this kind of thing. Basically that would be your hormonal system although not necessarily related to your period cycle. Maybe if you can find an English speaking endocrinologist it might be helpful? Actually now that I'm doing a little research it says that your cycle can in fact cause small seizures like this, due to hormonal changes...yeah, visiting the gynecologist is probably a good idea. Ask if she can run a check on your hormone levels and if she doesn't find anything reschedule an ( ... )

I guess I have no idea ;A;. It looks like they ran it thru a computer testing database for various crap like TB, beriberi (DB), 3 liver diseases(AST, ALT, ALP), 2 skeletal diseases, bile disease(GT), LDH, cholesterol, some katakana thing called korin esuteraaze(colon esterase maybe?), glucose, something strange called TTT and ZTT, UA?, Albumin, and hemoglobin. All that was just one of the tests. I really can't read the others ( ... )

Oh Kit, that sounds absolutely horrible. I used to have fainting spells from low blood sugar but never anything like what you're experiencing. It sounds terrifying.

I'm glad to hear the doctors are running thorough tests with you, it sounds like a way better medical system than Mexico (or hell, even here in the states)...

I wish there were something I could do for you. I'll keep you in my prayers and try to send good thoughts your way. *hugs*
