Wow, it sounds like you're a great teacher, Kit! ^_^ I can relate to a lot of what you wrote...both from bureaucratic/administrative headaches teaching ESL in Mexico and then normal classroom stuff teaching Spanish here...I can totally relate. But it sounds like you're a natural! It's true, it's totally a performance, hasn't been very different from doing theater. I'm glad you seem to be finding your niche though, and screw those office bastards!
