Hey! haven't done much of ne thing-yesterday i just sat around the house and went walkin on the track with my mom at sportsfirst-i walked 2 miles-aren't yall happy for me!?! well i am on the way to getting some of the access body weight off! then i went to work yesterday-all i did was talk on the phone with people and i got 3 appointments yesterday
