well i am now bored as hell cuz its rainin..and rain screws up everything i wanted to do...i was just swingin this really heavy metal bar, probly like 10 or 15 pounds...just swingin it...tryin to increase my bat speed, lol,,,,,i also heard that swingin a bat against a tire swing really helps(lance berkman, when he was a kid, did that 50 times lefty ( Read more... ) -
