*yawn* I am very sleepy! I was going to go straight to bed, but I got caught up writing a letter to my bosses, venting some of my frustrations on my computer make me feel better. :-D So, I present to you, an open letter to my bosses. (No, I probably won't sent it to them, it was just a good way to get out some anger).

Letter to Kenny and Alicia - Corporate Managers of The Crypt and Black on Black Leathers )

Mikey:

Great letter. Take it from me it is good. Could use a little refining. Shows me you have an excellent business head on your shoulders. So why are you not in management. I know you dont want to send this letter, however, if you would give me an address or email i would be glad to write them for you. Let me know. HUG

i agree with all the points you have brought up here and would gladly go over this with you with the intention of actually sending this in to corporate. i think that the issues you brought up are fair and consise but i also feel that if we are going to ask things of corporate we should let them know that we will be doing our best on our side to make certain that the store is the best we can make it. i'll talk with you more about it at work.

If you're signing that evaluation, you should inlude some of that information. I'd leave out anything negative towards them... but include all the positive changes you think should happen. Just my two cents. Very well written.

I don't know your boss... but... if I received a letter like that, it was written nicely enough that I'd take it to heart.

You have several letters and bills at the house - where do I forward them to? I tried to call you the other day and haven't heard back from you. I guess if I don't hear anything soon, then I'll just mark them as "does not live here" and give them to the postman.
Also, when did you get a marketing minor? I thought it was in EMAF or TECH?

I have to say that your letter was very well written.. Yes, some of the negative things would probably have to be edited out or revised if you were to actually send this in to managment.

You're so CUTE!! I miss you and can't wait to see you on Thursday
