I Wanna Loose Weight! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

Ya'll guys need to help me and remind me or just plain say no to me eating sweets and anything too fattening...WATER instead of soda and anything else that should seem healthy...I think I am gonna start carrying slices of oranges in my back pack or apples with lemo sqeezed over it.Any ways...please help me cuz its easier when other remind me to ( Read more... )

why is it so important all of a sudden,(im no one to talk cos im always talking about losing weight and ive been trying so hard and all) but we were just talking about this the other day and you said you were happy with who you are now and that you like the weight your at and all...but ya i dunno i was just wondering...it was kinda a drastic difference.
drink lots of water, i watched this thing on tv once and it said that a lot of the time when we're craving something sweet or salty or something like that to eat but nothing seems to be right it probably means that our body is craving water, so after you drink the water you wont be hungry anymore...or something like that. eat ice too cos it keeps you busy and feels like your eating but its just water and itll fill you up....so ya i dunno......gosh im bored, i decided to stay home today cos i was feeling a little crappy, and now im bored. :/ blah, ttyl

I am happy with my weight but I wanna feel good about how I look right now...It's no so much about loosing weight but how it makes me feel...kinda dumb I guess.Thanks for the advice and I am sorry you felt a lil crappy.We didn't do anything in History and it felt like alot of other people were absent too in History but mayb its just cos we have a small class..ok ne ways..cya tomorrow me hopes!
