Ya'll guys need to help me and remind me or just plain say no to me eating sweets and anything too fattening...WATER instead of soda and anything else that should seem healthy...I think I am gonna start carrying slices of oranges in my back pack or apples with lemo sqeezed over it.Any ways...please help me cuz its easier when other remind me to

drink lots of water, i watched this thing on tv once and it said that a lot of the time when we're craving something sweet or salty or something like that to eat but nothing seems to be right it probably means that our body is craving water, so after you drink the water you wont be hungry anymore...or something like that. eat ice too cos it keeps you busy and feels like your eating but its just water and itll fill you up....so ya i dunno......gosh im bored, i decided to stay home today cos i was feeling a little crappy, and now im bored. :/ blah, ttyl
