WOW! You almost completely, accurately, described the place where I used to work.

We had this guy, Larry. He worked at our nursing homes in CT on T-Th every week, so was only in Ohio on M and F. Anyway, we always knew when was back because all the cupboard doors in the kitchen were wide open. THEN he'd go BACK in the kitchen and (if no one had closed the doors) he'd say "man! Someone left the doors open!"

I am glad to know that someone has been through the same thing. =) It sucks to go through, but it happens. I think their should be a daycare for men. =)
