Actually, I find that taking a few moments out of your busy day to sit quietly and eat some chocolate helps a ton. And, if you ever have a spare moment, which it sounds like you rarely do, do a little bit of yoga or exercise to try to expel some of that stress. {Believe me, if you don't, you'll end up with acid reflux, stress-related stomach ailments, a poor immune system etc.]
Actually, my stress relief at the moment is knitting or crocheting hats and scarves... It helps me relax a bit and after awhile I even have another gift for xmas done...
