it's late...and i'm sugared up on irish potatoes, so i'm going to write a journal entry. kristen came over tonight and we wanted to bake something exciting and complex....so after about 20 minutes of sifting through various cookbooks, we gave up and decided to just make irish potatoes, and harken back to our days as girlscouts. anyone who knows
