ahhhh i have so many things to blog about!
FRIDAY, 23OCT- last day of work
okay last day of work. many asked me how i feel about the last day of work. honestly, im not sure. cos i was quite sick of whatever i was doing already. HAHA. which like reinforces the fact that next time you should really do something you LOVE / have passion for. but yeah definitely gonna miss the people.
I really thank God that they changed the department i was in! I really like the department i'm in and we were like so bonded that we were taking super lots of photos even before it hit 5.30! HAHA. yeah the thing about people who work in the government. come to work on time, and knock off on time. ON THE DOT.

this was taken before lunch! and so for lunch all of us temp staff headed to pastamania which is just downstairs. and yeah despite me working for close to 3months here, first time i ever ate like in the chain of stores on the first floor of our building. only been to coffee bean and only drank from there ONCE due to my stomach. :(
with er more people apparently. dont know why we all squeezed in this tiny partition which belongs to our boss but she's away on maternity leave! haha
we decided to be smarter and changed to a wider space. notice we're standing girl guy alternate! HAHA one of the perm staff's idea. LOL
all of us temp staff & yokelan! haha she's the cutest thing ever. in her words and actions! oh wasnt feeling so good so didnt cam whore alot. HAHA. oh btw this pic is yokelan's profile pic on facebook. AWW right! she didnt have one before this!
decided that the view outside is nicer!! there's a foundation behind us btw.
headed to SWENSENS at orchard ion for dinner. did you know that it's like located in the mrt?! to think they still call it in orchard ion lol. but the deco inside looks nice so i doubt they'll be moving any time soon.
i like this photo!! the guys helped us took the balloons. so nice of them! but then later it was super mafan to keep them and too paiseh to bring home. haha.

btw random. crap crap crap my hair's like been permed like er 2months plus and it doesnt look as curly. damn!! need to start taking good good and ultra care of it. oh and i havent decided if i wanna like go to aussie with permed hair. considering digital perm since this time round it isnt digital perm. HAHA my hair wont spoil right? :/
SATURDAY, 24OCT - bday celebration with sec sch friends!

HAHA no pictures. oh am reminded of this super unglam and unflattering shot mel took of me while i was blowing the candles from my cake. :S anyway, had dinner at nyny which was great! :D and keith was just being keith! although i thought the most hilarious thing was mel reading keith's bday message to me like from TWO YEARS ago. i quote ( and rephrase ) " thanks for singlehandedly making us more aware of disney princesses and songs " HAHAHA. doubt he reads this but no problem!
anyway i got river island bangles from them. ( black & gold! ) [ to think that once upon a time i didnt like gold accessorises but now i have a lot more and i kinda like them. ] sorry too many brackets. think it's a sec sch clique thing HAHA. okay also got a pair of earrings from river island too and this SUPER PRETTY formal dress from miss selfridge! :D oh man the dress is SOOOO nice if only i got it earlier and worn it for junhao's wedding.
i will most probably bring it to aussie and hope i'll have an event to wear it to. heh. anyway yeah glad i still got to celebrate with them despite me like not meeting up with them regularly, and meeting up very little. but thank God for facebook and stuff. :)
SUNDAY, 25OCT - picnic at marina barrage
first time in marina barrage and i must say it's a pretty nice place! abit far and inaccessible though. haha
mini birthday celebration. yeah my sis and i share the same birthday. :) and yes im aware of how messy my hair is. should have used a comb to tie! haha

oh really thank God for the success of this outing. liz & i expected 10-12 but 17 people showed up! and to Thank God for the good weather! Heard from my mom that it was pouring heavily at our place but it didnt rain on our side. In fact, it was pretty good weather and the sun was so hot that most of them got sunburnt! Haha.
SUNDAY,25 oct - bday dinner with tungling girls
no photos yet also haha. went to kenny rogers at marina sq! i didnt even know there was one in marina sq. but the food was great! and ahhh the sides were AWESOME. had so much potato salad that i feel quite sick of potato salad already. but alas, i think too much good food for the past 3 days that im actually not well now. :( or to be more precise, was feeling quite sick on the actual day of my birthday!
anyway, im so thankful for these girls and im so glad we are still in touch even after 7months!! :D oooh plus first time on esplanade rooftop. so pretty!! haha. and thanks for the individual gifts, prayers, cards! <3 <3
alright i'm off. thanks for all the wishes on my birthday itself. had unexpected wishes from one or two people but yeah. :D HAPPY 19TH to myself haha. last teen year already. :( wonder how next year would be!
