Ok so it's 9:11. I'm waiting here at work with the phone put on night so I can get my phone call from an Americorps representative to interview me. I'm a bit nervous. I'm having second thoughts about it all. About whether this is really what I want to do. Is this the program I want to get into or should I look into ministry options. I mean I

hi michelle! sorry i had to leave the recital a little bit early on saturday. i will give you a call though. in regard to your questions: i believe that your heart is in the right place. nothing you decide to do will be the wrong decision. there are good and wonderful things in all of your options and there will be support and growth in all of them as well. you can't pick the wrong one because it is not on the list.

I don't think that God would give anyone an option that would be wrong. I think He gives us some choices to help us grow, and no matter what option you choose to pursue, you will grow in some aspect. God gave you this many choices because He knows you would flourish in any you chose. Listen to your heart; it will help you choose.

First of all, I think it is awesome you're considering doing the AmeriCorps thing. I'm doing it now as a VISTA, and it's a really great program. It's had its ups and downs but I really think that God put me here to give me the skills I'll need in my ministry as a Missionary.

God leads us down the road, and it's up to us to choose the direction. God led you to this particular junction because He knows that whatever decision you make will be part of His ultimate plan for you.

As Kayla said, trust yourself and your heart to make the decision that works for you, and have faith that whatever decision that happens to be is in line with God's design.

You'll do fine, Michelle. Good luck with your interview :)

Wow hun, that's alot of option!
I will try to write more later (i'm in a rush!), however I just wanted to say that reading about you maybe going back to work with Cindy at CSC gives me the chills. In a good way!! :)

Actually hun I was wondering what you were doing Saterday? Or Saterday night at least. Cindy and Benny are at a wedding that day and don't know when they will be back that night and I was thinking how i wanted to see you/catch up with you. Would I be able to see you that day/night I don't have to stay there. I know its a small space and Cindy and Benny said I could stay at their place but I would love to see you guys. So let me know. :) Maybe if Amy's around too we can all do something fun. :)
