He is not just a body builder, he has a disorder that turns 70% of whatever he brings into his body into muscle/energy instead of fat based on hormones. its not entirely like... hs parents making him work out

yeah, I tried to find a pic of him that looked "normal" but they all look like oiled bodybuilder bodies with this little boy head on top.
