I'm getting enough sleep, but I am still so exhausted. I don't know what the deal is. Either it is that I have a cold, that I have been eating an awful diet recently, that something else is wrong, or that my lack of consistently taking vitamins (or taking them at all) for the past six months has started to really deplete me, especially iron-wise

Also - try some black strap molasses in your oatmeal in the mornings for a big dose of iron!
