Upon reflection, maybe the things that make me crazy about me aren't fixable. My ass when narrower still looks a lot like my ass when wider. *sigh*

Um... You've always had serious hips--at least as long as I've known you.

How about this...

...stop focussing on weight and focus on what you can do?

I mean, take up walking or biking more, get an excercise buddy, and think about that.

If you do that, you'll probably firm up your legs and ass and feel better to boot. The excercise--for excercise sake--will also help your seritonin levels and make you feel a bit better too...

THEN you can worry about attractiveness.

(Note to self: excercise more, get an excercise buddy, and stop focusing on the stomach.)
