Honestly though what business is it of theirs that I didn't smile?? I really don't know many people who are happy to clean other people's trash and messes for a living, can you? I think the big deal is that companies want to make their customers happy, and in order to do that they need thier workers to be smiling and happy...or at least look it.

*covers face* Don't hurt me, I'm just explaining it too you. There's a reason why I don't work at places like MacDonalds or Disney world that want to shelter thier customers from anything that isn't "happy."
