Work is slowly but surely taking over my life. Sunday I worked from 8am- 9pm, minus an hour long break to eat and change uniforms. Yesterday I came in at 9am, and ended up staying until 8pm, but I made over $100 in tips! My car needs a lot more repairs then I expected. This morning my Dad went through everything (and I mean everything!) in my car. He discovered a lot of things. A lot of things are minor, like some new plugs, or wires, etc. But he told me over breakfast that my muffler was clamped on with a coat hanger. Excuse me? This car shopping thing really stinks. Today was better then the past few, though. My Dad and I went out to 3 or 4 small dealerships in Greece. At one I found 2 Dodge Neon’s that I liked. It is so bizarre to have my mom work full-time this summer. I’ve always been used to having a car hanging around the house, pretty much at my disposal, and now my mom has it pretty much M-F from 6:30-5. Ahhh! Not cool.
