So...Yesterday was the Clarkston Invitational. Wow was that a fun comp!! It was freezing (I felt sooo bad for the color guard!) At practice earlier that day I was with the woodwinds...cuz i don't know squat about brass instruments...so yea...and I totally quoted Mr Holland's Opus, and I felt really dumb, but whatever I said must have worked cuz on ( Read more... )

fun comp. we did real good, but i know we can do better : )

i was gonna make fun of you in warm-up at school when you quoted mr hollands opus, but i decided to call my mom instead...which resulted in amber taking away my cell phone... : P

This was definitely my best show, it could have been a little warmer though =)

yea i was excited! we got a trophy (not by default) and came in 3 of 6...since we beat clarkston! i think we had a great show...n we actually stayed together in the ballad *shocked look on face* go us!! now we jus gotta have a better show @ woodhaven or wherever we go next!!
