Hey Kelly! I am responding to your other post but...I really think that it is a bad idea for you to take a break. You would probably lose skills, and I wouldn't want to see that happen to you. I think you should continue with your exercises and do as much as you can at gymnastics. Eventually things will get better. And I know how you feel because my back hurts all the time at gym. I have to go see an orthopedic about it. Which one do you go to? Well anyways, those are just my thoughts on the matter. Love, Rachel H.
