Every thing possibly bad that could go own at our gym has happened this year. Ok in Dec. we lost our gym and had to find a new place to practice. Luckily, a good gym bought us out.   Today, we went rockclimbing. The rocks were slippery and wet. It was fun though. Then we ran over to Starbucks for a little bit. Then came home, took showers and went out to go shopping.   OMG!! Tuesday night I almost went to the hospital, I almost became paralysied or broke my back. I was doing a handstand snap-down back-tuck, and I feel straight on my head/neck. I had my feet in front of me instead of behind me so I didn't get really any rotation. It knocked the wind out of me pretty bad cause i couldn't breath for like 5 seconds ( Read more... )

  My sister is so crazy, we went to McDonalds drive-thru with some friends last week, and my sister when we were done ordering yells in the intercome thing  "I LOVE YOU". I haven't been writting b/c I been so busy with stuff. I've injured my shoulder, so I have to go to the orthopedic (sports medicine doc- same one for when I hurt my knee). Yeah... goodie! Not really.
