wellll lets see monday was a normal day kinda awkward in the courtyard cuz carl n i got into a "dissagreement" but i think were better but hell if i know hahaha tuesday went ok too track we had i think one of the hardest practices besicdes ladders haha stupid plyos or w/e they r then a 25 minutes run w. T haha aka shoot me now runs haha then 4 200s
