i had something weird like that happen to me for a few weeks this summer, weird ass dreams that being awake in the middle of the night (morning?). i fuckin hated it. but it went away after while. so all the advice i have is to wait awhile longer.
I don't sleep well either, so I'm not one to give advice. Do you hang out in your bed when you're not sleeping? Somebody told me that messes with your sleeping patterns.
